Musician Registration

The Queestown JazzFest is owned and operated by the Queenstown JazzFest Trust, a not for profit charitable organisation.

Thank you for showing an interest in performing at the Iconic annual Queenstown JazzFest.  As we are sure you will appreciate we receive hundreds of requests each year, from acts wishing to perform.  We endeavour to produce a festival with our partners which of a high standard and has a broad content, allowing us to showcase the many different styles of Jazz performed today.

Timelines
We reply to all expressions of Interest from agents/artists who fully complete the below form, and provide the list of requested information prior to progressing further.  This must be no later than March 31st of each year.  At this time the expressions of interest stage for the GiG Programme closes, until the end of Oct each year.  We review all expressions of interest received during a month at the end of that calendar month, and will contact you approximately two weeks after this time.

2010/2011
If you are interested in playing at the 2010/2011 Festivals you must be prepared to arrange your transport plans to Queenstown. In some cases we will assist with costs associated with accommodation during the Event. We produce festival commemorative Cds, music files, merchandise, videos, film and photography.  The Queenstown JazzFest Trust retains all rights to all material electronic or otherwise produced during the festival.  We further maintain our right to use this material to further promote the activities of the Queenstown JazzFest Trust.  We are happy to discuss this area with you further should you require clarification.
